About the team:

This position is a part of Remittance Implementation team. We are looking to add an energetic, talented, and experienced analyst to our growing team.

What you will be doing:

• Design, implement, test, maintain and support applications software with thorough data analysis, product mapping, gather forms and data files from clients and assess requirements for software utilization.
• Provides implementation-conversion – develops and manages master conversion plan for implementation from a readiness to full production environment.
• Implementation & conversion support involving data mapping requiring strong analytical and technical skills
• Analyze and solve problems using learned techniques and tools.
• Work closely with operations teams and client service representatives to understand business requirements.
• Provides technical support typically in a defined project.

What you bring:

• Hands-on experience in writing and executing SQL queries.
• Experience on Python, Batch scripting.
• Good Knowledge of UNIX.
• Experience working on Crystal Reports or any other reporting tools.
• Client Handling Experience.
• Utilizes soft skills and troubleshooting skills to resolve client issues and questions.
• Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner.
• Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT) knowledge.
