Job Title: Immersive Content Architect
Location: Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai (any 1 preferred)
The position
Inviting applications for Immersive Content Architect as part of the new and dynamic Stakeholder Experience and Virtual Learning Team. You would be responsible for leading white boarding exercises with medico - marketing functions to develop high quality sustainable immersive contents which are strategically relevant and creates a positive customer experience.
Your Opportunity
You will act as a thought leader for immersive contents for external and internal stakeholders.
You will evaluate, develops and maintains a pipeline of contents to support prioritization by having a deep understanding of the key Therapy Areas where Roche operates in and even deeper understanding of the science behind innovations.
You will lead white-boarding exercises with medico-marketing functions to ensure that the messaging in contents address actionable hurdles which create belief shift challenges. Ensure the presentation of the selected messages create positive customer experience and change product beliefs.
You are technologically-savvy to decide the most optimum technology for presentation and dissemination of relevant content to ensure effective, experience for customer engagement.
You will act as a brand ambassador of CXC India to the other affiliates through seamless collaboration and best practices sharing and manage agencies and content development interns for timely and effective delivery
You have a creative eye and design thinking skills to contribute to storyline development and visual presentation of the messages for customers.
Oversees strategic planning, development and coordination of all relevant communication campaigns which address the belief shift of stakeholders and create positive patient impact.
Leveraging Design thinking and spatial visualization to work with interns and partners to develop contents which are in line with addressing belief shift challenges.
Who you are
You are a graduate or Post Graduate in Business, Medical or MBA in Marketing
Significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry (8+ years) in the areas of marketing, strategy, marketing insights, customer engagement.
