RESPONSIBILITIES:
Subject Matter Expert in business office workflows.
Understand specific customer requirements and service level agreements for timely turnaround of completed work.
Facilitate training for new employees and cross train on new functions
Prepare, sort, and log incoming and outgoing mail for distribution and scanning.
Review and index specialized documents while following compliance guidelines and business value rules.
Strive to learn new concepts and workflows in day to day operations.
Achieve or exceed individual production metrics.
Other duties specified by your Supervisor/Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Familiarity with PC, Google or Windows applications and related software
Comfortable with basic imaging technology such as scanner operation and monitoring
Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English (local language)
Skill to work successfully in a metrics based environment
Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in task completion as instructed
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
Ability to professionally communicate with Imaging Center personnel
