About the Role:We’re transforming IELTS education in India, having quickly earned the trust of over 1,000 satisfied students. We’re now looking to expand our team of IELTS educators to reach thousands more and support their dreams of studying abroad.
The charter for this role will include:- Conduct computer-based speaking tests for candidates.
- Adhere to the established IELTS speaking test format and guidelines.
- Assess candidates' spoken English proficiency, focusing on pronunciation, fluency, vocabulary, and grammatical accuracy.
- Utilize official IELTS assessment criteria to evaluate and score candidates.
- Provide constructive feedback, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement.
- Clearly communicate assessment results to candidates in a written format.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency by following standardized procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training and calibration sessions to ensure precision in scoring.
Ideal Persona:- Experience teaching the IELTS Speaking module or all four IELTS modules.
- Or should have taken the IELTS exam with a minimum score of 7 in speaking.
- Basic understanding of assessment criteria and teaching methods.
- Excellent communication and feedback skills.
- A detail-oriented approach to evaluation and consistency.
Prerequisite for this Role:- 4 hours of online sessions, 6 days a week (5:00PM – 10:00PM or 6:00PM – 11:00PM).
