In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:


Requirement Analyst to gather, analyze, research and develop requirements for Integrated Engineering environment (IEE) and/or its constituent apps like Data Studio, E&I Studio etc.


  • Work with Product Owner to gather and prioritize Requirements
  • Work with leadership team to Prioritize Strategic requirements
  • Analyze and research requirements to think through the design needs and break down Epics into user stories
  • Work with Scrum Teams to explain user stories and solve any issues during implementation of user stories
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designer to come up with user centric application designs
  • Present software application features to the project organization and user forums
     

Who You Are:

A passionate control system lead engineer with 7 to 15 years of experience working on automation & control projects with following soft skills.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Technical Skills - Must Have


  • DeltaV / Projects Domain Experience – at least 5 years 
  • Experience on Minimum 5 different projects
  • Hands on experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Technical Skills - Good to Have


  • Basic Knowledge of Software Development Processes
  • Experience of using Productivity improvement tools such as Emerson bulk build tools
  • Experience with MS Access\SQL
  • Knowledge of Agile Project Execution methodology
  • Knowledge on UX Processes and Design Principles 
  • Knowledge of Brainstorming and Ideation techniques
  • Knowledge of HCD or UCD principles and techniques
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
  • MSc / BE / BTech (Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics)
  • 7 to 15 years of experience working on automation & control projects
