If this sounds like you, we invite you to join us as a " Identity Access management Lead at Vontier. This role reports to the Platform Manager, Identity & Access Management, and is located in Bangalore, India.


You will collaborate closely with our global Vontier teams and Operating Companies, managing day-to-day activities through our systems. As a Subject Matter Expert in Identity Access Management (IAM), you will work closely with infrastructure and product team leads, architects, and enhance the digital workspace experience using Microsoft Entra Active Directory, Quest ARS, PAM, and Microsoft Office 365 tools and technology. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining Identity Access Management solutions aligned with IT and Security Architecture. This involves leveraging technologies such as Azure AD, AD, SSO, PAM, ARS, GP, PKI, and Certificate Services to meet our business needs. You will also drive best practices in Identity Governance tools, technology, and processes.



WHAT YOU WILL DO



•    Support day-to-day operations of multiple IAM Directory Environments, ensuring system functionality, monitoring system health across multiple forests, reviewing logs, and promptly troubleshooting issues.
•    Keep Active Directory/Entra environments updated with the latest Microsoft updates/patches to comply with Cyber Security Policy and standards.
•    Monitor system performance, troubleshoot Active Directory Forest trust issues, and manage Group Policies (create, delete, modify).
•    Troubleshoot or deploy Conditional Access, Risk-Based Conditional Access/Identity Protection, Microsoft Defender for Identity, Privileged Identity Management, Microsoft Defender for Identity Governance.
•    Responsibilities involve managing certificate-based authentication and PKI infrastructure, addressing directory authentication issues, and resolving LDAP configuration challenges.
•    Conduct regular security assessments, audits, and vulnerability scans of servers, directory systems, and implement remediation measures as necessary.
•    Assist in integrating new acquisitions and other project initiatives.
•    Configure and support DHCP and DNS services, troubleshoot DNS Service and resolution issues, and onboard new domains.
•    Collaborate closely with Server Operations, application, and middleware teams, handling client requests for Active/Entra Directory-based application access.
•    Create and maintain comprehensive documentation such as High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) of system and application configurations and changes.


WHO YOU ARE


•    Candidates applying for this position should have at least 5-7 years of experience working with Microsoft Active Directory, Entra, Conditional Access, Risk-Based Conditional Access/Identity Protection, Microsoft Entra ID1 Plan 2, Privileged Identity Management, Microsoft Advanced Threat Analytics, Microsoft Entra ID Governance, etc.
•    Experience or knowledge with Azure MFA, SSO, Azure AD B2C, Azure RBAC, Azure AD IDM, and authentication protocols (OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SAML)
•    Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud, particularly in identity and security-related services like Azure AD B2C and Azure AD
•    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
•    Strong communication and presentation skills, coupled with excellent problem-solving abilities.
•    Solid understanding of quality standards, legislation, ITIL, and best practices.
•    Capacity to adapt and prioritize tasks effectively, proficient in gathering and assimilating information.
•    Familiarity with industry standards, available technologies, and best practices in security and systems.
•    Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•    Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
•    Degree in a computer-related field or equivalent work experience.
