This role is responsible for participating in the deployment of IAM related processes, documentation, and solutions. This individual will be responsible to work with cross functional teams and subject matter experts to ensure the successful delivery of projects and work efforts.What you’ll doParticipate in the engineering, deployment and management of enterprise grade Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.Support policies, standards and processes providing a secure and mature IAM lifecycle environment.Collaborate with security and business application teams integrating their systems into the IAM solution.Develop and maintain IAM documentation for standards, processes, and implementation. project delivery and business objectives.Provide evidence as required by Governance, Risk and Compliance teams in support of audit and certification requirements.Ensure transparency and visibility of team progress through metrics, reporting, and communication with management and stakeholders.Who you areBTECH Degree or similar.5+ years of experience as an Identity Engineer or similar role in Information Technology or Cybersecurity.2+ years of experience with implementing and maintaining an enterprise level identity access management platform.2+ years of experience working with auditors to meet certification standards such as NIST, ISO 27001,SOX, SOC2 and best practices for least privilege, role-based access controls, and privileged access management.Working knowledges of Active Directory, Windows, and Unix authentication technologies.Demonstrated experience with stakeholder and relationship management skills.Strong influencing skills to achieve alignment up, down and across the organization.Self-starter and able to work well in a multicultural team environment.CISM, CISA, CISSP, GIAC or equivalent security certifications desired.Travel up to 10%SaaS & Security experience is strongly preferred.You’ll love working here because:Employee stock purchase plan (ESPP)Continuous professional development, product training, and career pathingAnnual health check-ups, Car lease Program, and Tuition ReimbursementAn inclusive company culture, an opportunity to join our Community GuildsPersonal accident cover and Term life coverReady to #makeyourmark at Commvault?
