We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ICU Staff Nurse to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in the ICU.
Responsibilities:
. Monitor and assess patients in the ICU
. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
. Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement care plans
. Maintain accurate patient records and monitor vital signs
. Provide emotional support to patients and their families
. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an ICU Staff Nurse
- Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid nursing license
- BSc or other diploma from a nursing program
