Role Description
- The ICT CoE team is a part of the Corporate Bank and serves clients from the Institutional Cash & Trade (ICT) business.
- As part of its risk managing mandate within the business, the team is responsible for the planning and execution of account activity reviews (AARs) and other transaction-related financial crime risk controls. This includes the timely identification and escalation of potential Sanctions & Embargos and Financial Crime & Money Laundering related risks.

Your key responsibilities
Process management and development
- Interface between AAR production and external stakeholders (e.g. dbSleuth IT, ICT Business, AAR control owner) in case of process or IT change
- Implementation and documentation of services (e.g. maintenance of Service Level Agreements, Desktop Procedures and Training Documents)
Data-driven Production planning
- Development and maintenance of capacity plans
- Creation and maintenance of COE’s production pipeline
- Analysis of production data to derive input for efficiency increases and other improvements.
Management support
- Creation of management reporting with PowerPoint or Excel
- Processing ad hoc requests from Senior Management.
- Execution of centralized administrative tasks (e.g. onboarding, offboarding, training and knowledge management)
Provision of subject matter expertise in transaction monitoring for ad hoc request and change
- Ability to efficiently conduct ad-hoc investigations of client transactional behavior (Account Activity Reviews) to identify and document anomalies with relevant policies and KODs.
Your skills and experience
Required
- Minimum 3 years of continuous work experience in a financial institution in at least one of the fields: Correspondent Banking, Compliance, Anti Money Laundering, Transaction Monitoring, Know Your Client, Audit or Risk
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including PowerPoint
- Advanced ability to extract, analyze and interpret data, including Excel
- Demonstratable interest in process and IT change, including the ability to define business requirements for IT providers and to prepare corresponding tests.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, diligence and the ability to deliver high quality results within tight deadlines
Preferred
- Previous participation in IT or process changes
- Consulting experience, for instance as project lead, project administrator or business analyst
- Correspondent Banking experience, including knowledge and awareness of the associated risks.
- Initial experience / interest to work with automation tools and programming languages such as PowerAutomate and SQL.
- University degree in Finance, Law, Economics, Business Administration, Banking, or other relevant fields and/or equivalent professional experience
