Position: IBP Demand Configurator Designer
Experience: 3- 5 Years
Location: Pune
Overview: This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business processes and implement supply chain solutions using best practices in supply chain management. The candidate will focus on data analysis and supply chain data models to optimize Integrated Business Planning (IBP) use cases. The position requires expertise in configuring and implementing solutions using platforms like SAP APO/IBP, Blue Yonder, and Kinaxis, with a specialization in areas such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, IBP, and Procurement. The individual will manage the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to the go-live phase.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand and document business processes, using supply chain management best practices.
Analyze and collect data from various sources, including databases and Excel sheets, focusing on supply chain data.
Ensure a solid understanding of the o9 platforms data models to optimize IBP planning use cases.
Configure and implement supply chain solutions using platforms like SAP APO/IBP, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, and others.
Specialize in areas like Demand Planning, Supply Planning, IBP, and Procurement to enhance project depth.
Oversee full lifecycle implementations, from gathering requirements to go-live.
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience in Supply Chain Platforms: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with supply chain platforms like SAP APO/IBP, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, and others.
Supply Chain Specialization: Expertise in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, IBP, and Procurement.
Data Analysis Skills: Ability to collect and analyze data from multiple sources, including databases and Excel sheets.
Project Management: Experience in overseeing the complete implementation lifecycle of supply chain solutions, from requirement gathering to go-live.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
Problem-Solving Ability: Skilled at analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for supply chain optimization.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience in implementing planning applications, with a focus on IBP.
Proven experience leading digital planning transformation projects.
Strong communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
Bachelors or Masters in a relevant field; certifications in supply chain planning are a plus.
