Job Description
Tasks:- Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
- Generalist role regarding HR related topics:
- Onboarding & Induction of new employees (including coordination of initial training in the headquarter for new employees)
- Employee and team development (conception and organization of internal and external training programs)
- Strengthening Employer Brand
- Shaping a holistic working environment that supports work life balance and employee well being
- Consulting activities and ongoing support for employees and managers
- Creates learning and development interventions based on Training Need Identification that provide internal development opportunities for employees
- Employee data management on the Fronius HR Management Software called Workday
- Support of the subsidiary’s management regarding HR topics
- Contribution in HR projects (like Great Place to Work Certification) and HR process design
- Contact person for governmental and/or other authorities regarding HR related issues
- Legal compliance according to the national employment law like POSH, PF, PT, ESIC etc
- Implementation and optimization of corporate HR standards in the role as Expert National (EN) for Human Resources – close communication and cooperation with HR International at the Fronius headquarter in Austria
Skills and Requirements:
Professional education:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Relevant Certificates and trainings would be an added advantage
Professional experience:
- 8 to 10 years of professional experience in HR
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS
