Supervise training classes
Analyzation of Manpower Strength
P 2 P of employees
Recruitment Analysis
Organizing Corporate meeting
Taking care of notice Board
Taking care of town hall meet last week of the month
Supervise on multi skill training and Induction
Organizing HOD outing once a month
Creating new policies
Arranging Video conference with Corporate Head Quarter
Counselling Executives and Staff on operational problems
Surprise check on staff who are habitual absentee
Any other assignment as and when given by GM/Corp. H.R/MD
Organizing HOD 's birthday cake cutting
RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Identifying the vacancies and call the candidates.
Organizing the candidates for interview with HR, HOD and GM.
Issuing check list for selected candidates and explain to them.
Preparation of Offer letters, salary structure and co-ordination with HRM
Preparation of confirmation and annual appraisal forms for monthly and follow up with HODs and HRM
ATTENDANCE
Checking of Attendance report or sheet prepared by security/contractors etc.
Reports on Long leave, Absenteeism, Late commers, Early Exit on daily basis
Review of weekly attendance report of staff & executives and timings
Collecting Duty Roaster and Cross checking with the shift timings
Attendance Report - to be checked by you.
GENERAL ACTIVITIES
Conference room meetings coordinate details with HFM & Admin
Issue of id cards on completion of 1 month in service for all employees.
Opening of salary account on completion of 1 month in service for all employees.
Co-ordinate pre-employment medical check for all new joiners.
Issuing show cause notice, warning letters to employees & trainee in co-ordination with HFM & Admin.
Taking care of notice board & authorizing displaces
Suggestion box supervision
Mobile bills cross checking and submitting the bills for detailed scrutiny to management
Monitoring of early exits & MOD as per corporate directive
Clearence and Exit interview formalities
Cost center report
Updating of manpower on weekly basis with the vacancies and notify in Notice Board
Organize Monthly meetings in each department with Dept. Head on General Subject & General Knowledge.
PAYROLL
Preparation of Bank & Cash, PF & ESI statements and submitting to Accounts
Preparation of PF & ESI Statements
Preparation of PF & ESI challans
Preparation and issue of appointment letters
Preparation of confirmation, annual appraisal letters
Payroll processing for employees by 3rd
New Joinees formalities - All anomalies to be updated to H.R.E regular basis
Employee application, PF, ESI, Gratuity forms formalities
Photos, Education and Experience certificates
Issuing name badges, Lunch card, Temp. ID Card
Making complete personal files of new joiners
Sending New joiners list to all HODS through H.R.E
Monitor new employees for Induction with TM
Statutory Compliance - All anomalies to be updated to H.R.E regular basis
Submission of ESI forms and obtaining temporary and original cards
ESI related work will be handled
Updating of CLs & PLs in Form F (Leave record as per Labour Act)
Submit of Employment Exchange ER1
Coverage of Workman compensation to Non-ESI Executive
Labour Welfare fund
Contractual certificate
Salary Process - All anomalies to be updated to H.R.E regular basis
Updating of IDS master and monitor
Cross checking the attendance and bills of the contractor
preparing salary statement for all staff
All contractual payment issues
Preparation of Bank & Cash, PF & ESI statements and submit to Accounts
General Activities - Submit report to H.R.E regular basis
Lockers checking with security
Departmental Indent & Placing purchase orders
Active co-ordination and organizing of welfare events for employees, with the involvement of the welfare committee.
Attendance - All anomalies to be updated to H.R.E regular basis
Attendance marking and timely delivery of attendance data for all contracted Staff by coordinating with their respective contractors.
Attendance marking, handling leave queries of all employees, streamlining of attendance process with better coordination with department representatives. Will be prepared by him.
DATA BANK OF THE PRESENT EMPLOYEES TO BE PREPARED ON MONTHLY BASIS
DATA BANK OF THE SHORT-LISTED EMPLOYEES TO BE PREPARED ON MONTHLY BASIS
Staff accommodation checking once in 15 days and report to be submitted to H.R.E for GM's Information
Licensing with Police, Labour, esi, Pf departments
Leave card updating ( CL / PL / ESI / C/off etc..) discuss matter with management
STATUTORY COMPLAINCES - All anomalies to be updated to H.R.E regular basis
Filing of ESI and PF monthly challans in the bank and collecting the back by 15th
ESI and PF monthly returns
Labour annual returns
Files audit

To ensure all responsibilities delegated to HR personnel are attended to and report submitted weekly to Management.
