Kounsel is looking for an experienced Human Executive who will support the Human Resources department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including but not limited to filing, data entry, and maintaining employee recordsRecruitment Assistance: Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and coordinating new hire orientationsEmployee Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to begin their roles effectivelyHR Compliance: Ensure the company's compliance with HR policies and procedures, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulationsBenefits Administration: Assist employees with benefits enrollment and changes, and coordinate with benefits providers as necessaryPayroll Support: Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll changesEmployee Relations: Address employee queries and concerns, and escalate issues as needed to HR managementRecord Keeping: Maintain and update employee files, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and filed in accordance with company policyHR Projects: Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and enhance employee experienceTraining Coordination: Assist with organizing and scheduling employee training sessions and maintaining training recordsOther necessary duties as assignedRequirementsKounsel only reviews applications submitted through Kounsel Career Page or LinkedIn.
