Roles & Responsibilities:
- Culture Development: Design and implement initiatives to strengthen organizational culture; conduct assessments to identify improvement areas.
- Internal Communication: Foster transparency on culture through open channels, events, and forums aligned with company values.
- Employee Engagement: Develop programs to enhance engagement and well-being; monitor data and address concerns to boost satisfaction and retention.
- Change Management: Guide cultural alignment during transformations, ensuring effective communication and support.
- Training & Development: Collaborate on values-based training and resources that reinforce team dynamics and alignment.
- Metrics and Reporting: Establish KPIs to monitor culture and engagement trends; provide insights to leadership.
