We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, coordinating employee training programs, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The Human Resource Executive will also be involved in performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Coordinate and conduct employee training and development programs
Handle employee relations and address any issues or concerns
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Manage performance appraisal processes and provide support for employee development
Implement employee engagement initiatives and activities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Proven work experience as a Human Resource Executive or similar role
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS software
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
