ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES


DESIGNATION:                                                                          Human Resource Associate.


LOCATION:                                                                                  New Delhi, East Patel Nagar.


EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:                                    Graduation+ MBA.


EXPERIENCE:                                                                             Freshers                         


ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:


  • Minimum 6 months of experience as Human Resource Associate.
  • Must have Completed MBA with any Specialization.
  • Proven ability to source, screen, and assess candidates effectively.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Candidates from Delhi/NCR is preferred.

ROLES & RESPONSIBLITIES:


  • Source and attract qualified candidates for SAP/IT positions through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the required qualifications and skills for SAP/IT roles.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' fit for specific SAP/IT positions and ensure alignment with company culture.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
  • Facilitate the interview process, providing feedback to candidates and stakeholders as needed.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure timely communication and follow-up with candidates.
  • Assist in negotiating job offers and closing candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with SAP professionals, consultants, and industry contacts to expand the talent network.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in SAP recruitment.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
