Position Summary and Location
·This position is office based, supporting administrative duties lies with HSSE function globally. It helps our stockholders to get two-way feedback, communication on time related to any occurrence.
·Providing administrative and clerical support to the HSSE Data Team will help to achieve its set goals as well as success to the candidate.
·This position will support various functions including reviewing, updating, and classifying global entries in the HSSE software, preparing reports and presentations, maintaining team calendars and schedules, and various other assignments as needed.
·The position is office based in Chandigarh, currently works remotely. It can also be reviewed as per business need hybrid/office full time.
·Travel may not require for this position unless any business assignment earned.
Duties and Responsibilities
·Follow and maintain processes for the review of HSSE incidents, observations, and action plans in the HSSE software.
·Using MS-office skills to create, compile, proofread, and revise any documents or submission that meet customer and functional requirements.
·Participates in departmental meetings, Town Hall, and daily, weekly review meetings.
·Obtain relevant information from internal stakeholders.
·Maintain and distribute an incident tracking register.
·Maintain internal report templates and supporting documentation.
·Work with other team members to ensure the organization, core values “Grow together” and client requirements are met.
·Proactively take follow up to ensure requests are processed consistently.
·Continuously identify opportunities for improvements related to the team’s processes.
·Assist Supervisor in meeting the team and company goals.
·Assist with other duties as directed by Supervisor/Manager.

Qualifications
Required
·Graduation degree in any stream or equivalent education.
·Proficient in English language to communicate business requirements.
Desired
·Working knowledge or experience with HSSE Management Systems and Behavior Based Safety Programs.
·Any Diploma or other certification in Health & Safety will be given preference.
·Prior experience in an administrative assistant role.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics (Optional)
·English fluent (reading, writing, and verbal communications)
·Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 apps, primarily Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneNote, Word, and Teams.
