Could you be the full-time Training Session Administrator in our dynamic team?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your organizational and administrative expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and culturally-aware teammates.
You'll ensure the professional administration of training sessions, using our Learning Management System, iLearn, to create, register, and follow up on sessions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including Alstom University and Global Learning Coordinators), manage logistics, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of administrating training session needs, managing venues and logistics, and providing administrative support for visa applications, among other responsibilities.
We’ll look to you for:
Yearly administration of training sessions needs, with flexibility to adapt as required
Efficient use of the iLearn system for session management and follow-up
Ensuring customer satisfaction through immediate correction and follow-up on issues
Coordinating training logistics and venue management
Formalizing Purchase Requests and managing the PR follow-up dashboard
Producing weekly and monthly reports on training activities

Experience or understanding of learning management systems
Knowledge of training administration and coordination
