LSEG’s ticker symbol is LSEG.Team DetailsTradeweb Team is currently seeking to add HRIT Team Lead for operations of our HR systems, including upgrades, break-fixes, support, and general system administration. Job ResponsibilitiesManage a team of HRIT off-shore professionals, encouraging a collaborative and high-performance work environmentSupervise the daily operations of HRIT systems, ensuring reliability, performance, and security of HR applications.Ensure accurate maintenance and administration of HR systems including user management, data integrity, and compliance with data privacy regulations for an international company.Act as point of contact for any issue, provide support to fix and resolving system issues.Collaborate with HRIT Project Coordinator and other HR collaborators on system improvements, upgrades, and implementations.Provide mentorship on training on HRIT system processes.Develop and conduct training programs and resources for HR staff and end-users including guides, FAQs, and ad hoc support.Partner with stake-holders to craft and implement reports needed to ensure strategic ointerpersonalgoals are met.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years in HRIT with a good understanding of HR processes and technology.2+ years of experience managing teams, with off-shore experience preferred.Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Oracle HCM, Workday, SuccessFactors) and related technologies.Experience in leading change, practices and methodologies.Solid understanding of HRIT systems, with the ability to handle both BAU and transformation initiatives.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Good interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.LSEG is a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider.
