Job Description
* * Knowledge about EMEA labour practices**
*Daily HR Tasks:
1. Onboarding the new hires
2. Induction of new hires
3. Offboarding employees
4. Letter Drafting (Terminations, warning, Amendments, Etc)
5. HR Payroll
6. Maintaining Attendance of employees
7. Maintaining HRMS Software
8. Uploading & Maintaining Employee Database
9. Admin work
10. Attendance & Leave Tracker Management for
employees.
11. Additional work as per request.
12. Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics
* Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics
such as leaves and
compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
* Ensure consistent application of HR policies and
procedures throughout the APAC
region.
*Stay abreast of changes in labour laws and regulations,
adjusting HR practices
