Service delivery
- Executes and delivers assigned HR Services in compliance with all standard operating procedures/policies or other procedures in place and according to defined Service Level Agreement(s).
- Be able to cover full Employee lifecycle from a transaction management perspective (e.g.work contract preparation, administrative onboarding / offboarding via HRIS, ticket treatment, documentation management system uploads.)
Support service
- Delivers HR Service support to the HR community,Shows a customer service mind-set and a proactive way of working to serve customers with a “can do” attitude.
Process optimization
- Recommends enhancements and simplification of existing processes and procedures based on feedback and experience with customers.
- Be able to work on problem solving related to business processes execution
- Be able to make continuous improvement proposal, working with a lean approach and culture
Communication
- Be customer experience oriented, and focus on a qualitative and quantitative resolution time approach
Maintaining Data & HRIS
- Records employee enquiries in an appropriate IT system (ticket tool). Performs data entry into appropriate systems as necessary for assigned HR Services. Maintains a high level of data quality and accuracy in the systems. Provides on-demand reports related to the process, where required.
- Globally accountable for keeping master data in sync in system landscape (Mastersystem Workday, SAP OM in China and Switzerland, surrounding system landscape). First level resolver in case of Master Data issues. Ensures all data are correctly entered in the systems, monitors data quality and integrity
Documentation
- Prepares information and documents for external authorities (social security, income tax, etc.).
Reporting and Data Analytics
- Ensures data reporting is done. Delivers data to the HR Partner Teams.
- Other tasks assigned according to the evolvement of the job scope based on internal stakeholders needs.
Your background
- Master's or equivalent level in HR.
- Professional background in IT, Finance Controlling with solid HR related experience or HR with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable role in HR, ideally in a global environment
- Good level of knowledge in HR disciplines (e.g.data analytics, reporting, employee lifecycle processing, social security, etc.)
- Connected thinking, strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as a methodical and result-oriented approach.
- Structured and efficient way of working and ability to prioritize and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Continuous improvement experience (e.g Lean, Agile, 6 sigma or OpEX)or willingness to learn and grow in this part
- Experience and good level of knowledge in Workday and/or another HR Mastersystem is a strong plus
- Proficiency in usage of all kinds of MS Office products (Excel, PowerBI, Power Point, Word, Teams, OneNote, etc.)
- Fluency in English is required.
- Ability to identify and resolve process challenges efficiently.
- Strong teamwork, collaboration skills, and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
