The HR Service Partner role focuses on the transactional part of the Human Resource processes. The role may be executed local on site of an OpCo (service on site), reporting to the Regional HR Services department. In general the role will be executed in one of the Regional HR Service Centres. The main focus is on the transactional part of the work, ensuring data integrity and answering HR requests from employees and managers from different divisions and countries. Also, the more senior role may act as project lead in the HR SC.
Job Description:
The HR Service Partner is the first line support and will answer HR questions from employees and managers. The HR Service Partner performs a variety of transactional and data activities specific to the human resources function, supporting the entire employee life cycle from recruitment, hiring, onboarding, reward administration through to merit and bonus cycles, change jobs and termination.
The duties include create and check personnel related documents for accuracy and completeness, data processing in various HR systems, maintaining files and records of a confidential nature and preparing periodic standardized reports.
The HR Service Partner will raise process improvements and will take initiative to increase management self-service and employee self-service processes, he/she will participate in projects regarding implementing new or enhanced policies, way of working and system adjustments.
