We are seeking an experiencedHR Recruiterto join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills inHindi and English, with expertise in end-to-end recruitment, ATS, and job portals likeNaukriandLinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
  
• UtilizingATSand job portals likeNaukri,LinkedIn, etc., for effective talent acquisition
  
• Coordinating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver quality candidates
  
• Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months to1 year of full-time experiencein recruitment
  
• Proficiency in usingATSand job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
  
• Excellent communication skills inHindi and English
  
• Strong networking, sourcing, and negotiation skills
