HR Recruiter needed in a Financial Institution in Delhi (South Delhi)
Immediate Joining.
The HR
Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment
process, ensuring that Lorien Finance attracts top talent to support our
business objectives. This role requires a proactive and resourceful individual
who can handle multiple hiring needs in a dynamic environment.
Talent
Acquisition:●Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for
various roles across departments.
●Develop and post job advertisements on
relevant platforms.
●Leverage social media, job boards, and
professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn) to attract candidates.
Recruitment Strategy:●Work closely with department heads to
understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.
●Implement innovative recruitment strategies to
attract high-quality talent.
●Build and maintain a talent pipeline for
future hiring needs.
Candidate Management:●Conduct initial interviews and assess
candidate suitability for specific roles.
●Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule
and conduct interviews.
●Ensure a positive candidate experience
throughout the recruitment process.
HR Operations: Maintain recruitment records and provide
regular updates to the HR Manager.Support onboarding activities to ensure new
hires are effectively integrated into the company.Stay updated on recruitment trends and employment laws
to ensure compliance.Educational
Background:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, or a related field.Professional Experience:●1-2 years of experience in recruitment,
preferably in the financial or tech industry.
●Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
(ATS) and recruitment tools.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment
