Job role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing the offer process, specifically within Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, and the ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:
- Full Recruitment Cycle Management: Handle the entire hiring process for different roles in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, from job request to offer acceptance.
- Sourcing Strategies: Create and use ways to find and attract qualified candidates, like job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications, do initial phone screenings, and check if candidates meet the job requirements and fit well.
- Interview Coordination: Organize and manage interviews between hiring managers and candidates for a smooth interview process.
- Data Management: Keep accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or other tools.
- Reporting: Regularly update key hiring metrics, like time taken to fill a job, cost per hire, and effectiveness of different sources.
- Employer Branding: Help with initiatives to make the company attractive to top talent.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to find best practices and new hiring strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 1 year as a Recruiter.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed).
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Fluency in Telugu, any of English/Hindi required.
