Job Description

Job Title: HR Recruiter

Experience: 1 to 2 Years

Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹12,000

Location: Trichy

Main Responsibilities:
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Conduct telephonic interviews to evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet the company's hiring needs.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding processes for selected candidates.
  • Maintain and update recruitment reports and databases regularly.
  • Actively engage with candidates to provide feedback and resolve queries promptly.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels such as job portals, social media, and referrals to source candidates.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment or telecalling.
Skills Required:
  • Strong experience in telephonic communication to screen and shortlist candidates effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and the local language.
  • Ability to establish rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple openings simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job portals, and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage high-volume hiring processes efficiently.
