How will you do it?


Position Summary:


This role will be responsible to maintain all India HR Database, design and publish  dashboards, delivers day-to-day workforce analytics reports and execute HR Operations activities.


This role partners closely with the HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to deliver a world class HR reporting, analytics system  and HR Operations across all India businesses.


Job Description:


  • Maintaining all India employee database with utmost accuracy
  • Designing and publishing various HR dashboards with respective stakeholders.
  • Handle  HR analytics for all India businesses. This includes headcount, attrition diversity, employee costing  and budgeting reports etc.
  • Suggest and implement  effective methods  of database management to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Delivering various reports which are required by HR, Finance, Business, and other stakeholders.
  • Execution of HR Operations processes to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
  • Suggesting and implementing automation projects  for various existing HR Operations processes and reporting activities.
  • Drive and handle HR Projects.
  • Drive process improvement  and suggest  changes in the existing processes.
  • Identify any issues which need to be brought to the notice of the HR Manager.

What we look for?


  • Masters in human resources with around 8-10 years of experience in HR Analytics and
  • Operations role.
  • Specialized in Power BI, Python or related HR Analytics tool.
  • Hands on experience in process improvements automation projects
  • Should  have good command over Bulk data handling and has good hands-on skill on using MS Excel,  MS Power point and MS Word. Sound knowledge of excel macros and VBA coding.
  • Exposure of handling Workday HRIS  tool is preferred.
  • Comfortable with building relationships at all levels of the organization  and management
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and a sense of urgency to drive for results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
