Accountabilities:


  • Managing Complex HR cases and dealing with customer escalations from engagement through to resolution
  • Contribute to continuous improvement through identification of recurring queries/new processes/automation/standardization to simplify, and enhance policies, processes and technologies
  • Work closely with HR GBS colleagues to collaborate across the broader GBS model to provide alignment with operational improvements
  • Consistently deliver high quality customer service in a professional manner with excellent attention to detail and a focus on the needs of the customer

Key Competencies Requirement :


  • Experience and expertise of delivering HR service operations, good analytical ability with effective problem-solving capability.
  • Good understanding of HR technology and experience of the development and deployment of HR systems, process management and continuous improvement methodologies in an operational environment.
  • Effective listening and communication skills to enable you to fully understand the needs of the customer and respond appropriately.
  • Ability to work and cope in an ambiguous environment to seek clarification and clarity.
  • Experience of working within a customer service environment where you have gained knowledge and understanding of HR processes and policies, SAP HR / Workday /Service Now knowledge.


Experience / Qualifications


  • Prior experience in Asia Pac/India/Singapore HR services.
