Job Description

Role purpose
This role is to capture roles that do not sit in the Standard HR Structure.


Key responsibilities 


Document Management
Create a local document management system for an office or department.
Document Preparation
Prepare moderately complex documents using a variety of applications for technology 
devices, such as standard office software. Also responsible for gathering and summarizing 
data for reports.
HR Data Analytics and Insights
Support in delivering analyses of HR data and identifying trends to contribute to the creation 
of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee 
engagement, and/or improvement of business performance.
HR Data Management
Carry out a wide range of HR data processing tasks as directed; advise other colleagues 
and provide guidance on processes when needed.
Information and Business Advice
Resolve complex queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing 
information on policies and/or procedures, referring the most complex issues to others.
Internal Client Relationship Management
Build effective working relationships within the internal client organization and contribute to 
the management of the partnering relationship, delivering high-quality professional services 
within established routines or as part of an agreed project.
Operational Compliance
Develop knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures and of 
relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct to ensure own work adheres to those 
standards. Obtain authorization from a supervisor or manager for any exceptions from 
mandatory procedure.
Personal Capability Building
Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities 
as well as formal and informal training and coaching. Develop and maintain an 
understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices 
through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.

Verbal Communication
Uses clear and effective verbal communications skills without supervision and provides 
technical guidance when required on expressing ideas, requesting actions and formulating 
plans or policies.
Planning and Organizing
Works with guidance (but not constant supervision) to plan, organize, prioritize and oversee 
activities to efficiently meet business objectives.
Data Collection and Analysis
Works under guidance (but not constant supervision) to analyze data trends for use in 
reports to help guide decision making.
Action Planning
Works with guidance (but not constant supervision) to develop appropriate plans or perform 
necessary actions based on recommendations and requirements.
Data Control
Works under guidance (but not constant supervision) to acquire, organize, protect and 
process data to fulfill business objectives.
Learning and Talent Development
Works with guidance (but not constant supervision) to motivate all employees to learn, grow 
and develop so that they can obtain the knowledge and experience they need to help the 
organization reach its goals.
Numerical Skills
Uses an understanding of numerical concepts to perform mathematical operations such as 
report analysis with guidance (but not constant supervision).
Review and Reporting
Works with guidance (but not constant supervision) to review and create relevant, lucid and 
effective reports.

Post-Secondary Non-Tertiary Education
Experience
Basic experience of simple office / operational systems (4 to 6 months
