Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee and optimize HR functions within our recruitment company. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR operations, policies, and recruitment industry practices, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations, including payroll, employee records, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company goals.
  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and industry regulations.
  • Provide support and guidance to the management team on HR-related matters.


Skills

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Operations Manager in the recruitment industry.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, HR policies, and operational procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
