Job Description

Timesheet Management: Oversee and manage the submission, approval, and tracking of employee timesheets. Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations related to working hours, overtime, and payroll. Work closely with department managers to address discrepancies and ensure timely payroll processing. Statement of Work (SOW) Management: Assist in the creation and administration of Statements of Work (SOW) for contract employees, consultants, and project-based teams. Ensure alignment with contractual terms, performance expectations, and deliverables. Maintain accurate records of all SOWs and ensure compliance with internal processes and external regulations. Grievance Handling: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances. Investigate, mediate, and resolve conflicts between employees, ensuring fair and respectful solutions. Assist in the documentation of grievances and resolution processes, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with legal requirements. People Management Support: Provide day-to-day HR support to employees across various departments. Assist in employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and performance management processes. Support HR in employee onboarding, promotions, transfers, and offboarding procedures. Assist in the monitoring of employee performance and career development. HR Documentation & Reporting: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all documents are accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Prepare HR reports and presentations related to employee performance, timesheet data, and grievances. Compliance & Policy Adherence: Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and company procedures. Stay informed on changes in labor legislation and HR best practices to ensure company policies remain compliant.
