Recruitment and Staffing:


  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

HRMS Update:


  • Daily attendance check and reports to reporting manager
  • Update attendance in HRMS for salary calculation
  • Leave check and approvals update

HR Administration:


  • Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Maintain correct records in the trackers such as F & F, Interview, Statutory and etc.
  • Prepare pre and post joining documentation
  • Various letter preparation
  • Arranging/Scheduling HR related meetings.

Induction:


  • Carry-out induction for new joiner
  • Verify contact details and carry out reference check for new joiner.

HR MIS:


  • Maintain master data pertaining to employees
  • Record keeping – Monthly challans (all statutory), Full and Final Settlement and others

Exit Process:


  • Coordinate with employees for exit process

Requirements:


  • HR generalist profile will be preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communicational skills
  • Should be proficient in Excel.
  • Excellent time management and Organizational skills
