Responsibilities:HR Service Monitoring & ReportingDevelop and maintain HR Service Delivery Metrics, KPIs, and Reports for internal service level monitoring and reporting.SLA & KPIs to be regularly monitored, reviewed and reported as per defined frequency.Develop and deploy standard format & frequency for service monitoring & reporting dashboard.Identify trends and areas for improvement & provide dedicated support during BAU & hyper care period for each country transformationSupport and manage reporting requirement list and regularly update the list in collaboration with HR Operations and stakeholders.Trending and analysing all available Service delivery metrices to improve how-we deliver service and enhance how we handle data within the environment.Maintain the HR Operations Service Catalogue and Service ScorecardSolid grasp & experience in Service Management, Service and Business reports analytics.Experience with all Service Management related areas: Incident Management, Smart-Problem Management, Preventative Maintenance, Service Continuity, Smart-Reporting, Service Change ManagementSupport all reporting requirements (regular & ad hoc) for the ESC Operations & ESC Support team (including QA reporting, data quality, CI dashboard/ tracker etc)Driven by the following behaviours: Data driven, Agile, Automation, Value Focus, InnovationIdentify, prescribe, and drive the implementation of pro-active prevention methods in problem handling.Audits & Compliance Support related to Reporting.Support for audits / reviews related to reporting independently under minimum guidance.Support with audit requests and subsequent actions via HR HubsSupport for the audit process, closing recommendations, and ensure that the HR Operations Hub teams follow the obligations of HR compliancesRequirements:Strong advanced Excel skills, including macros, VBA, and Excel automation (mandatory). Be prepared to undergo an Excel knowledge test during the selection process.Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or HR reporting roles in a global environment.Proven track record in creating dashboards, reports, and KPIs using Workday and advanced Excel functions.Experience with HR ticketing systems and other data reporting/analytics tools.Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data accuracy, process improvement, and service delivery monitoring.Experience in SLA management, HR metrics, or service delivery monitoring is a plus.Fluency in spoken and written English.Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in multicultural, virtual teams and navigate ambiguity in a global, decentralized environment.Passion for continuous improvement, driven by values of data accuracy, agility, automation, and innovation.Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.Experience in project and change management, with the ability to manage improvement initiatives independently.The position is open for any location: Wrocław-Poland, Gurgaon-India or Manila-Philippines.
