Join our team as an HR Manager and play a key role in shaping our workplace culture, driving talent strategies, and ensuring smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Implement and maintain HR policies in compliance with labor regulations.
- Conduct performance management and appraisals to support employee growth.
- Handle employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processing.
- Design and oversee training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Collaborate with department heads to address talent gaps and staffing needs.
- Address employee grievances and provide counseling when needed.
- Stay updated with HR trends and best practices for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
✔ Experience: 4-5 years in HR with proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
✔ Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, proficiency in HRMS platforms, and deep knowledge of labor laws & HR best practices.
✔ Key Competencies: Strategic thinking, problem-solving, conflict resolution, decision-making, emotional intelligence, and adaptability.
