Job Role:


We are hiring an HR Manager. 


An HR Manager must possess deep business understanding; they must understand the company and its challenges to help address the organization’s talent needs. This role covers the full range of HR like Recruitment, Compliance Management, Payroll, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Budgeting, Training & Career Development, Employee Retention & maintaining Workplace Culture.


Job Location – Indore | Work From Office


Salary – 4 LPA to 7.2 LPA


Experience  5+ Years


Responsibilities: What you can expect on a typical day


  • Should be able to handle both end-to-end Anaxee’s recruitment processes (IT & Non-IT).
  • Able to hire Domain Expertise.
  • Work with the leadership team to develop a plan to hire the right people with the skills needed for the job role.
  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the HR Team including Recruiters & Generalists
  • Stay updated on labor laws and implement necessary compliance measures.
  • Able to Control the Cost while Optimising Staffing Level; should be able to calculate ROI.
  • Should be able to reduce the cost of acquiring employees
  • Develop & Implement a program that promotes a positive work environment such as team-building activities, wellness initiatives, and recognition programs.
  • Provide Project Management Support for HR Related Initiatives/Concerns.
