HR Intern

• Analyze each job and validate with the current activities. 
• Assist in writing job descriptions.
• Interact with Business leaders to understand job structures.
• Support in Competency assessment for every job in the architecture
• Track & monitor the Career Architecture project as a Project Manager
• Develop communication and roll out plan for the Career Architecture
• Draft communications as required
• Draw a yearly calendar for DEI Activities and create suitable event plans.
