Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive initiatives for talent acquisition, retention, and workforce development.
- Partner with leadership to support organizational change and culture-building efforts.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for critical roles within the edible oil sector.
- Implement strategies to attract and retain top talent, especially in production, supply chain, and sales functions.
- Design and implement performance management systems.
- Drive succession planning and leadership development for key positions.
- Conduct regular benchmarking to ensure alignment with industry standards.
- Ensure HR policies comply with local labour laws and industry regulations.
- Develop and track key HR metrics to measure effectiveness of HR initiatives.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on HR performance and insights.
- Liason work/ Admin work/ controlling of plants HR of Kota and Guna.
- All Licence follow ups.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and industry best practices.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, ideally within the edible oil sector.
- Proven track record in talent management, change management, and employee engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Preferred: Experience working in a unionized environment is a plus.
