The HR Generalist is responsible for the delivery of fay-to-day HR support in coordination with HR Business Partnering tea. The overall objective of this role is to provide broad ranges of HR services to business.


  • Responsible for seamless end-to-end delivery of HR solutions and processes across employee life cycle
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and other HR sub-functions on HR priorities at site level
  • Build capabilities to drive organizational performance and act as change agent, identifying continuous improvement in HR processes and systems
  • Lead special projects with consistent communication to all stakeholders
  • Ensure accurate interpretation and administration of HR policies and programs
  • Ensure on time and accurate employee changes through Manager Actions on Oracle/People Portal

Qualifications

Qualifications


  • 3 to 5 years of experience in human resources
  • Post Graduate degree with specialization in HR preferred
  • Understanding of local labour laws
  • Exceptional communication skills with high degree of confidentiality
  • Strong planning, organization and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
