Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Junior Executive - HR located in Sriperumbudur.


What a typical day looks like:


  • Responsible for supporting and/or administering, coordinating the organization’s HR programs and contributing to the monthly closing (reporting) procedure. Offers high-quality and timely help-desk support to employees and managers regarding HR operation business processes.
  • Assists to coordinate, support or administer various aspects of the organization’s HR programs.
  • Performs or supports a wide spectrum of administrative HR functions like employee relations, HR system maintenance and other ad hoc projects, Inclusion and Diversity initiatives, Employee Cultural and Engagement programs etc.
  • Maintains a highly collaborative relationship with other departments and sites, etc.
  • Employee disciplinary issues and complaint handling.
  • Employee communication and survey.
  • Employee retention management and conduct improvement programs.
  • Drives for Kaizen and motivates employees' engagement.
  • IDL communication channel, both on line and face to face.
  • Manages communication channel, both on line and face to face.
  • Works with HOD, people manager and staffing team for both DL and IDL hiring support.
  • Works with HOD, people manager, staffing team and HR counterpart in other building for employee redeployment and transferring of both DL and IDL.
  • Handles administrative functions including budgets, bill paying and monitoring, ordering and maintaining supplies/equipment.
  • Keeps track of all expenses and assists in conducting reconciliation and preparing reports on direct management activities costs.
  • Organizing and promoting flex ways of working
  • Support for Inclusion and Diversity activities
  • Support Engagement and cultural activities
  • Support cross cultural audits

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:


  • MSW or MA HRM with minimum of 1+ years of experience in manufacturing industry background.
  • Demonstrates functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.
  • Demonstrates advanced skills in multiple areas and industry.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of the function and an understanding of Flex business.
  • Must have a good knowledge of employment law and company practices, with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Use of the following tools may be required: Office Skills: typing, telephones, data entry, HR related and office software to include, word processing, spread sheets, and presentation packages.
