Qualification - Graduate
Prior work experience with school is needed.
Should have handled HR operations in previous role extensively.
Should have handled School recruitment.
Screening candidates, Coordinating for Interviews.
Issuing Offer Letters,
Onboarding and Joining formalities
Should be able to engage with Senior School leadership and Head office team
Excellent Communication skills
Good technical skills in terms of using Computer / Laptop etc
Good presentation skills.
