We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of HR Design Automation Analyst 


Principal responsibilities


  • HR Design Analysts, work across both small changes, and flagship programmes, working as part of an agile team to deliver changes into production and to identify areas of opportunity through continuous improvement review and vendor delivery changes.  
  • Specifically the successful applicant will be aligned to our Global Performance and Pay ( P&P) Programme
  • Managing the capture, analysis and documentation of HR related user journeys and processes within the P&P programme
  • Analyse and translate existing processes into new process mapping format
  • Document both as is and to be processes
  • Use Group process tool and templates effectively
  • Work with the HR stakeholders and other teams in the identification and clarification of business requirements, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, control documentation, guidance, training, defining support procedures throughout automation opportunities implementation
  • Risk identification, risk reporting and devising interventions to mitigating risks
  • Maintain awareness of operational risk and minimise the likelihood of it occurring, through process review and QA including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting in accordance with the HSBC Risk Management Framework.
  • The jobholder is also expected to adhere to the Change Framework and programme / portfolio governance standards to minimize the likelihood of operational risk occurring and articulate the role of process in business architecture.
