Job Summary:


The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing both internal and external communication creatives that enhance employee engagement, promote our corporate culture, and effectively convey key HR initiatives across the organization and to external audiences.


Internal and External Communications:


  • Develop and implement comprehensive internal communication creatives that align with the company's HR objectives.


  • Enhance the internal communication channels including newsletters, intranet and email updates.


  • Create external communication creatives to highlight the company’s HR initiatives, culture, and employer brand.


Content Creation:


  • Craft clear, compelling, and visually appealing content for various communication platforms.


  • Write and edit HR-related materials such as announcements, policy updates, newsletters, and employee handbooks.


  • Develop video content and visual graphics to support communication efforts.


  • Develop communication materials to support HR programs and initiatives such as performance appraisals, training programs, and new HR technology implementations.


  • Handle video editing and creation of visual graphics to enhance the impact and engagement of the communications.


  • Ensure all visual media produced aligns with the company's branding guidelines.


Metrics and Reporting:


  • Measure the effectiveness of internal and external communication efforts and provide regular reports.


  • Use data-driven insights to continuously improve communication strategies and tactics.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal and external communications.


  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.


  • Proficiency in using communication platforms and tools such as email marketing software, intranets, social media, video editing, and graphic design software.


  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for storytelling.
