The HR Coordinator will assist the MCE team in various administrative and operational tasks related to HR. This role is key to ensuring the smooth operation of HR function by providing effective support to both the HR team and MCE function Co-ordinate new hire onboarding and off-boarding Assist with addressing employee inquiries regarding company policies, procedures, and benefits. Assist in tracking employee leave records (sick, vacation, etc.), attendance and work-hours Assist with the preparation of payroll by providing necessary employee information like overtime hours Coordinate training schedules, track employee participation, and assist with preparing training materials. Support the HR team in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Assist in maintaining accuracy in employee records Assist in disseminating HR communication and updates.



Qualifications

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree with 1 to 3 years of experience in an HR administrative or coordination role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
