We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to join our team in Chennai, India. This role is integral to supporting the Global SMB Commercial Sales teams and the APMEA Marketing organization. The HRBP will play a crucial role in driving business success by aligning HR strategies with business objectives, focusing on talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement.This position requires someone who can effectively balance strategic HR initiatives with hands-on execution, ensuring that both tactical operations and broader organizational objectives are successfully met.
Key Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with business leaders in the Global SMB Commercial Sales and APMEA Marketing teams to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
● Stay connected with employees, remain approachable, and regularly gather and share insights on the pulse of the floor to ensure a supportive HR presence.
● Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.
● Lead talent review processes, including succession planning, 9-box talent reviews, and key promotions/retention.
● Identify high-potential talent and work closely with leadership to create development plans and career paths.
● Drive initiatives that promote a positive work environment, focusing on employee engagement, recognition, and a happy work culture.
● Collaborate with COEs to Implement programs that foster diversity, equity, and inclusion within the teams.
● Partner with leaders to manage change effectively, including reorganizations, team restructuring etc.
● Guide managers through the performance enablement processes, including goal setting, feedback, reviews and Performance Improvement Plans.
● Support the business in driving a culture of continuous performance improvement and accountability.
● Utilize data-driven insights to inform HR strategies and decisions.
● 9+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR business partnering in a multinational Tech organization.
● Proven track record in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
● Strong understanding of HR best practices in Sales and Marketing organizations.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of agility and adaptability.
Work Mode: In-office 4 days a week, 1 PM to 10 PM shift
