Job Description
The main responsibility of the HR Benefits Analyst (C09) is to ensures that procedures are carried out in accordance with established protocols and in line with In-Country Governance regulations. This position entails overseeing the key aspects of Benefit operation activities, as well as ensuring that the Standing Operating Manual remains up-to-date in a timely manner. An individual should combine in-depth expertise in a specific area with a clear understanding of the relevant industry norms and procedures on employee benefits program across the industry. Having a high level of proficiency in Excel is vital for this tole to efficiently managing data in associated benefits trackers and generating precise and trustworthy outcomes for disbursement of employees payments and settlement
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the trackers of Provident fund, Gratuity, Pension and Superannuation settlements and liaise with vendors to complete the settlement process with accuracy.
- Ensure SOP/ OPM are up to date on real time basis so that future Audit and process transitions are progressed efficiently.
- Partnering with LIC,EPFO and processing partner and resolve key disputes.
- Ensuring lodgment tracker are update to date to follow the regulatory payment schedule.
- Knowledge Articles , Citi For You content and ESS portal are updated to enhance the active employee experience and minimize the enquires over email and SNOW
- Prioritizing and exploring the vendor leveraging to simplify process to enhance the experience of Ex Employee(Like Pension Annuity Sheet, PF Annexure K are available in Alumni Portal )
- Input Collation for Insurance, Mediclaim, Meal Card, Holiday Benefit, Car Allowance, LTA, Retirement Plans and Childcare / Creche and upload the EIBs in workday for payroll processing.
- Coordinate transfer of data to Payroll team as monthly input as per Payroll Calendar for Meal Card, Insurance Deductions, Reimbursement claims & other benefit inputs.
- Gather employee data, reconcile the new joiners, leavers, transfers, and retirees details monthly & send the input to vendors as per timelines agreed.
- Regular and timely liaison with HR, HR Partners & HR Teams across cluster on special benefit instructions and other requests for key stakeholders.
- Timely redressal of the employee queries
- Actively participates in discussions to simplify, streamline, re-engineer, automate and/or outsource processes to increase efficiency, reduce complexity and eliminate unnecessary cost. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within HR Ben OPS to support achievement of productivity goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HR preferred
- Good knowledge of Workday.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel.
- Ability to meet deadlines while dealing with multiple priorities.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
