Job Description

Coordinates and administers a variety of programs and activities across multiple HR areas for a small sized/and or junior employee population. Works in a fairly clear and defined internal environment of low complexity and is involved in common tactical local HR issues and processes.

  • Functioning of Time Office management i.e. Leave management, Scholarship, Attendance inputs, Shift Rota, etc.  
  • MIS of on roll employees
  • Kronos system
  • Compliance related to Factory Act, and different labour/ employment laws in India and U.P.
  • Vendor development
  • Infrastructure Management
  • Assistance for Employee Welfare drives in the Plant.
  • Employee Engagement Activities
  • 5S/ ME/EHS
  • Other Site related administrative jobs.
