Job Description:

HR Advisor


About the Job


The purpose of this role is to enable a great employee experience and seamless delivery of business HR objectives by support HRBPs in delivering value, services and advisory to BUs.


The ideal candidate will: 


Perform the following responsibilities


Performance Management


  • Project management of performance management cycle, including Workday testing


  • Coordinate employee communication messages as per project timelines


  • Track compliance related to 100% Goals submission & timely completion of Talent review calibrations & comp reviews on the tool.


  • Keep a record of Under-performers and Initiate PIP discussions with managers and support them throughout the process. Eg: guiding on process steps, documentation, reviewing etc.


Employee Lifecycle


  • Conduct skip connects / HR touchpoints (FGDs) only on need basis


  •  Verify IJP and rehire eligibility based on internal guidelines


  • Advice BUs on standard policies and employee processes like – probation, extension process, leave management, etc


  • Coordinate job code creation with C&B team


  • Ensure timely tracking and completion of various trainings in coordination with L&TD team and BUs


  • Support in query resolution from employees and HRSC


  • Perform analyses on Exit interview , surveys and provide insights for improvements to HRLT and COEs


  • Coordinate with various stakeholders in HR CoEs and BUs for HR activities and special projects


  • Support HRBPs with the HR dashboards on the agreed people metrics to be shared with the BU leaders


HR Systems


  • Verify and complete BAU Workday transactions WD transactions – Relocation OYPs, Referral OTPs, employee transfers


  • Administering and tracking to completion of Goals and Individual Development Plans


  • Lead administration, data hygiene and tracking for engagement surveys and manager action plans


  • Support business by routing WD issues to the concerned team for resolution


HR Communications


  • Consolidate CoE wise calendar of events


  • Track events & coordinate with CoEs for execution


  • Drive HR R&R program as per guidelines


  • Drive HR AHMs & coordinate needful related activities for HR Team


  • Identify opportunities for India HR entries for global HR newsletter


  • Coordinate with global comms team on requirements and timelines


  • Owner for HR SharePoint and its contents. Enhance HR pages for efficacy, professional look and employee experience & usage in coordination with CoEs


  • Track HR SharePoint analytics per month & share insights with HRLT


  • Coordinate HR communication across channels- SharePoint, mailer, calendar of events with stakeholders


  • Design templates and messaging for standardization and effective positioning of HR messaging


  • Recommend and curate the experience & agenda for future Leader Forums (beyond BAU topics)


  • Identify HR topics for Leader forms in alignment with culture, values, key guiding principles


What You’ll Bring:


  • 6-10 years of HR generalist experience with exposure to HR Communication responsibilities


  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English


  • Key competencies required -Team player, Detail oriented, Analytical skills, Adaptability, Problem solving, Creative thinking


  • SharePoint design expertise


  • Advanced MS Powerpoint skills


  • Displays creative bent of mind and ideation ability


  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Excel and Workday are desirable


  • Graduate / Post graduate qualification / MBA in Human Resources
