HR ADMINISTRATOR INDIA


HR Administrator Job Responsibilities:


Your main responsibility includes the intensive support of the local HR Business Partner in a wide variety of administrative tasks, which can gradually be built out.


HR Administrator Job Duties:


Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


  • You take care of the input and up-to-date maintenance of all personnel records, HRIS system and of employee status changes, including new hires, terminations, pay and/or title changes.
  • You take care of the annually occurring events such as the teambuilding activity and health checkups.
  • Preparing and maintaining regular reports, documents and/or Management Information that provide business and organizational insights.
  • You ensure compliance with all applicable employment and labor regulations by maintaining data management, dashboards, coordinate returns on time, LLC Registers with necessary checks.
  • You assist our HR Business partner in recruitment by taking care of the administrative section, such as drafting employment offers and contracts. In time also the physical onboarding will be part of the function.
  • Active involvement in various HR projects that are outside of the personal scope.
  • You proactively initiate projects and activities that foster overall efficiency and provide value-add to the business.

HR Administrator Skills and Qualifications:


  • MBA or equivalent through experience.
  • Excellent eye for detail and is not uncomfortable with data.
  • Experience in compliance is a plus
  • Strong personality with an ability to learn fast while remaining accurate
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team player mentality for coordination & target-oriented communication in the region
  • Willing to travel when required

Remains calm under pressure. Does not become defensive or irritated when things are going less than perfectly. Is regarded as mature. One can count on him/her to hold things together under difficult circumstances. Does not lose his/her equilibrium when something unexpected arises. Displays no frustration when he/she encounters resistance. Has a calming influence in a crisis situation.
