What is the HR Administration Specialist group team responsible for?
  • Responsible for processing end-to-end Workday transactions, LEAP reimbursement, Training Administration. Develop and execute queries to provide management reporting of HR analytics. Provide day-to-day Global and regional support for Workday HCM modules, including fulfillment of user security requests and query report requests, Talent Acquisition system (Workday), Career website questions. Utilize the Workday HCM modules, Workday Learning Management System, Talent Acquisition system and other associated training applications to administer training initiatives, inclusive of catalog management, enrollment & roster management and also assist in various report production and analysis. Servicing various HR clients by catering various reports and analytics. Responsible for handling leave management enquiries in various countries. Performs other duties as requested.


What is the HR Administration Specialist responsible for?

Workday Transactions:


  • Process end to end HR transactions using Workday. Liaise with regional contacts to fulfill requests.


  • Process and Upload Mass changes using EIB in Workday


  • Approving various Workday Inbox tasks


  • Testing HR transaction in Workday Sandbox and Processing the Requests


  • Assist HR Team in creating various Workday queries for pulling our reports as per requirements


Workday Functional support:


  • Running Payroll Interface for most of the Countries


  • Document Distribution to specific COE, LOB or Teams through Workday


Training Support:


  • Complete administrative tasks associated with the delivery of training programs, inclusive of catalog management, enrollment & roster management.


  • Performing almost end-end activities of New Leader training program


  • LEAP management process


  • Responsible for handling leave management enquiries in various countries.


  • Establish and deliver standard and custom reports to HRIM -Training staff using Workday, Workday Learning and MS Excel. 


What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?

Knowledge, Education, And Experience: 


  • Must have college degree in computer information system, human resources management, business administration or other related field of discipline. 


  • Two to Four years Human Resource experience preferably in Administration or Information Systems.


  • Previous experience using Workday and Taleo systems highly desirable or equivalent experience using alternative relational databases.


  • Excellent communication skills are required. 


  • Experience in an automated HR/T&D environment preferred.


Skills And Abilities: 


  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential/sensitive information is essential.


  • Must be able to multi-task within a flexible work environment.


  • Ability to adapt to changes and continuously meet deadlines. 


  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.


  • Strong command of MS Office Suite especially MS Excel and Outlook.


  • Experience in the financial services industry.


Problem Solving and Decision Making: 


  • Work is performed with direction from senior team members and/or management; participates in determining objectives of assignment; plans, schedules and arranges own activities in accomplishing objectives; work is reviewed for accuracy and adequacy in meeting objectives.


  • Ability to identify and assess project risks and either take appropriate action or communicate effectively with various management levels.


Physical Requirements: 


  • Ability to sit in one place for extended periods of time.


  • Ability to take early AM/late PM meetings on occasion.


  • Requires right and left hand coordination for use of the personal computer. 


  • Ability to articulate information to customers in a manner that is clear and easily understood. 


  • Ability to see the letters and numbers on a personal computer screen and on memos, reports, and other documents. 


  • Ability to maintain a professional image.


Job Level - Individual Contributor


Work Shift Timings - 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST
