THE ROLE – HR & Admin Executive

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Primary Responsibilities:

•Good knowledge of payroll and other hr processes.

•Will be the HR SPOC for Gurgaon location.

•Co-ordination for Onboarding schedules.

•Handling end to end Vendor Management (Contract agreements, invoices, etc)

•Co-ordination for external & internal training programs

•Taking care of complete admin operations for Gurgaon office.

•Solving queries & coordinating with the travel desk.

•Handling petty cash management

•Company device management and Asset management tracking and Purchase

management.

•Coordinate company events such Farewell function, Birthday celebrations, Festival

celebrations, Team Building activities, R&R, Work Anniversaries, etc.

•Managing trackers and overall data management for Talent Management team.

•Organize health and well-being programs to ensure employees well-being.

•Plan and conduct team engagement activities for Pune office employees.

•Plan and conduct for team outings/team lunch, dinner etc

Required Skills/Experience:

•Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

•High presentation, reporting and team player skills.

•Excellent knowledge of Excel and Word and power point.

•Relevant experience of at least 2-5 years

•Demonstrated intense customer focus.

•Demonstrated highest level of integrity, intellectual honesty, and strong work ethic.

•Consistent effort, intense commitment, and willingness to go above and beyond when needed.

•Strong team player acts like an owner, and ultimately focused on delivering results with high standards.
